Starring: George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Al Pacino
You know, can they keep coming up with these movies forever? I mean…the first one was a remake, and well… I thought ‘big deal’. It was good, but it was a re-make of a previously good film. However, when the second one came out, I thought…well…that’s pretty cool..they were able to really capture the spirit of the first, and the intelligent situations/comedic lines of the first, and yet make a totally new movie. Good for them! I didn’t think it was something they could repeat again… and then here again, another winner! This time, you even have Al Pacino, and Ellen Barkin in it! Reminiscent to I think ‘Sea of Love’, but I could be mistaken. I suppose I should fact-check this, but since I’m really not getting paid, screw it. These films are the ‘Cannonball Run’ for the intellectual movie goers of the new millenium. I love them. I really hope they continue to crank these out. It looks like they genuinely have fun making them, and that’s important, as it bleeds through into the acting. I will say….it was a bit.. just a bit weaker than the previous two…. damn, I hate admitting that, as it means the probable beginning of the end… but it’s true… just a bit weaker…. I give this one three and a half out of five stars… the other two were four… :) This one is totally ok for kids, though they may not understand much of what’s going on, and may complain.
