Maybe I’m getting too old for teen sex comedy flicks. I can remember a time when I would have thought SuperBad was a great movie, right up there with the likes of Napolian Dynamite. While my original reason for seeing the film was because it was crafted the the minds who brought us Knocked Up, SuperBad failed to have me amused. I figured with 40 Year Old Virgin, and Knocked Up being huge commercial comedic successes, that SuperBad would have had better storylines, and laughs. But alas, I was dissappointed. Heed my warning before you go and spend your money. If you’re looking for low brow humor for almost a full two hours, and are perverted enough to enjoy the many penis drawings, and many references to the female and male organs, then SuperBad is for you. You’ll be laughing your butt off, and repeating phrases from the film way before the credits roll. On the other hand, if you can’t stand childish antics, dispise the message the film is sending  about underage drinking, and lack of proper adult supervision, and really want to spend your money on a high quality movie, then save your cash. SuperBad is just that.

Rated R for pervasive crude and sexual content, strong language, drinking, some drug use, and a fantacy/comic violent image.
