When three American college girls living in Italy decide to take a weekend in a Slovakian Hostel, they are picked off one by one and wake up in a horrifying torture factory, with no way to escape. You get the idea.  Part two is funny, gory and twisted. Think one part
chick flick and two parts hard core sadistic horror. It’s a Lifetime Television for women, movie of the week horribly mutilated by a hairy, sweaty Eastern European man holding a hatchett. Everything a girl wants in her slasher flicks.  I really enjoyed the picture even though I loath “part two’s” of any kind. It was the humor that was a pleasant surprise and they spared no expense when it came to blood and mutilated body parts but we lost the surprise with this one. Part one was so new and original, the idea blew everyone’s mind and gave us something else to be frightened of Europe for. In part one we just didn’t see it coming but we’ve got it all  figured out for part two and we’re just waiting to see the blood flow. It was not as good as the first but good nonetheless. Although they did make up for lack of originality with plenty of male frontal nudity and a random, vicious beating delivered by ten year olds.   Check out the movie if only to see Dawn Wiener
topless! I gave it an A for Acts of random violence!
