The Sasquatch Gang is about three friends, Gavin, Maynard, and Hobie, who are pretty much  geeks that live in a small town. They watch movies about Sasquatch and Gavin even rents his videos out to fellow kids. One day, the three go out in the woods and stumble upon a huge turd followed by huge footprints. They immediately think it’s from Sasquatch. They tell the police who examine it and call a Sasquatch expert, Dr. Artimus Snodgrass. What they don’t know though is that Zerk Wilder, a bully, planted the turd and footsteps to mess with the geeks. Now the whole town awaits to see if it’s real.

First off, I think it’s a great story with great script writing. Throughout the film, I really felt like these three friends were really geeks. Especially when the bullies mess with them and every time Gavin says shut up. The way he talks just makes me laugh. The acting is superb also. Justin Long’s character is hilarious as is his weird friend who’s always holding a coke. Tim Skousen did a great job directing this film. There’s some really cool shots such as the fight scene at the end(it’s funny). The movie is really funny and we even get to see the bully’s perspective in the middle of the film; that’s when the film gets really funny.  

So what we’re left here with is a great, funny story revolving around a group of nerdy teenagers who think they’ve found possible signs to Sasquatch. The memorable characters add to a great, entertaining movie that executes itself well and is actually hilarious. Watch this one, it’s worth it and you’ll never look at Sasquatch the same way again.
