My Rating - 3 and 1/2 (out of 4)

Review - After his long feature film making hiatus (12 years to be exact (his last feature film was Titanic)), director James Cameron returns with a bang. Despite having a predictable (but still highly effective) story and some cheesy dialogue at times, this is still an exciting, greatly entertaining film. The visuals (especially in 3-D) are some of the best in cinema history, rich in detail and inspiring to future film makers. The film also comes with a fine cast and a superb music score. There is a strong anti-war message layered into the film, but it doesn’t overpower the entertainment level. This is bound to become a science fiction classic.
