Loading ...Disaster movie spoof makes fun of all the famous top box office look hilarious! Starring Kim Kardishan and Carmen Electra.
The movie starts of in 10,001 BC when a boy (Will Lanter) gets a dream about the world ending when a drunk Amy Whitehouse tells him if he does not turn the crystal skull in the world will end. The boy Will wakes up to find girlfriend run off before his sweet 16 party. Hilariously everyone from the High School Musical cast and JT and Jessica Simpson comes along. So JT sings like a girl and Jessica Simpson is clearly a dumb blond. High School kids Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens go to college and get banged. Then like in Cloverfield everything is an earthquake at the party and everyone has to find shelter.
This movie has a lot of funny moments. I defintely agree with the fact that they make about Disney, it is no longer kidish. I mean Disney is meant for 8-12 year olds and they have high school musical which is not something Disney would create for kids. This movie shows that the adult themes in the original high school musical is NOT meant for kids 8-12. I have a 9 yr old sister who watched this and it exposes her to a young adult world. Same with Hannah Montana, that girl no offense is so over-exposed. Thank you Disaster Movie for saying, “I mean all those pictures of me and what not well buy my new line and get my CD.” Clearly shows she is over rated and exposed and she is a 12 year old skank who is famous because of daddy. Disaster Movie does a wonderful job of making fun of them.
Another funny moment is making fun of other movies. For example,in the original movie Juno she uses slang that no one seems to get and then during their escape to the museum she gets killed by Alvin and the PunkRock Chipmunks. At first who were cute then turned into these attacking squirrels. Then the Superhero Movies get made fun off as well such as Hulk, Batman, Beowulf and Iron Man. They all end up dating each other anyway.
Overall this movie is hilarious and if you love Kim and Carmen make sure you check them out in their fighting lesbinaish seen ;)

No matter how much you praise this movie, no matter how much ANYONE praises this movie, I will never watch this film unless I am assigned to by my agent (chances are this will happen). But, since I have finally read a glowing review for this spoof, I will keep an open mind. Unless you liked Meet The Spartans also. Did you like Meet The Spartans?

Yes I did, but I am glad u have an open mind, I didn’t mean to bash Disney but it was already bashed so I was just stating it lol….but yes I do enjoy spoof movies this one did a good job against mmm…another name for disney they aren’t kiddy friendly anymore.

I did have an open mind, until you mention you like Meet The Spartans. This just means you have bad taste in movies. If you want a good spoof, watch Airplane! or Top Secret. Those are funny. Meet The Spartans was horrible. Absolutely horrible.

I feel sorry for anyone that thinks this dreak is funny. It’s like watching a toddler tell a joke; sure, he might be cute the first time telling it, but repeating over and over again- no way. Stick with “Airplane”, “Naked Gun,” they are actually funny and the jokes have not expired in five minutes.
All these dumb pop culture references will be forgotten in two years anyway. Stupid people make baby Jesus cry.

Good Lord. You really enjoyed it, huh? If you don’t mind my asking, how old are you? Not to sound mean, but by the sounds of it, you’re 12-14 years old. If you think Meet the Spartans or Disaster Movie is funny, you need an intervention.
Here’s how you need to be thinking about it: Once you get down to it, these modern spoof films are nothing but long, tiring strings of pop culture references that nobody will understand or think is funny three years down the line. Granted, most people don’t think it’s funny now, but you get the point. Watch a film like Airplane, or Top Secret, or anything by Mel Brooks, and you’ll realize that a parody movie can be timeless. These Scary Movie-esque films are most certainly not.

no im 18 i just stand the fact that they did a wonderful job bashing disney i enjoyed it yes but not that its like my fav movie or anything i appreciate the fact that this movie bashes Disney is all. I mean it was a good movie for entertainment but i did enjoy watching it im not gonna buy the DVD but yeah when im in the mood i will rent it but yes I do agree it was funny on some terms. :)

So you gave the film a good review simply because it bashed Disney? In that case, the review should have read, “This movie sucked, but I appreciate the fact that they made fun of Disney,” or something to that effect. There needs to be good and bad, you know? Otherwise it just seems like you’re too easy to please.

Ever notice non-movie fans always cite comedies as their favorite type of movie? Odd.
This movie is just as bad as any crappy Sit-com on Disney. “Family Matters” has more depth and wit. I weep for anyone who thinks this dreck is funny, seriously, it’s depressing.

LoL…i didnt think the movie sucked lol…it was funny on some terms but my fav part was when they bashed disney lol….i was a bit harsh i agree but the movie itself was like a B- to a C grade. So I hope that clears it up. I was critical on some level but I didnt want it to sound like I hated the movie cause i didn\’t :)

It is the fact that you liked it that puts us in shock and awe. Don’t you understand. It doesn’t matter how much you liked it, the fact that you liked it even mildly is proof that you have bad taste in spoofs. Please, please watch Airplane and Top Secret so you know what a good spoof is like. I am begging you.

That’s the rub, this flick is NOT funny! It won’t hold up in two years and it’s aimed strictly at the good-enough-low-expectations-no-taste-crowd. Sorry, enjoy you might, but you have a long way to go to prove that you aren’t one of the sheeppeoples who, like in their support of Obama, show no knowledge, taste or discretion.

Hmm i think all the adaptations from the scary movies e.g superhero movie, Disaster Movie, and what ever other movie. They just try wayy to hard to make jokes and i admit some of them are funny but i think they repeat things alot and it gets rather boring.
