Charlie Kaufman is brilliant.
Caden (Philip Seymour Hoffman), who is a theater director struggles with life from his work to his woman (Catherine Keener). The man begins to construct a life-sized replica of New York within a warehouse to use in his play. As Caden goes about his work, he goes through masses of trouble as he attempts to make his magnum opus a majestic viewing for all.
Best Aspects: Writing and direction form Kaufman (Being John Malkovich) was perfect. Philip Seymour Hoffman and the whole ensemble cast was excellent.
Bottom Line: A. This is a necessary film to see if you like weird, amazingly crafted stories.
The above author's byline must be attached to the work if being distributed.
