I’m not kidding when I say this movie was a thrill a second virtual roller coaster that showered down on us shards of glass from plummeting skyscrapers and explosions of fiery ash into are eyes. This movie topped The Day After Tomorrow 2,012 times over and packed a punch with big name actors including John Cusak,  Thandie Newton, Oliver Platt, and Danny Glover.

So basically this movie is about the supposed end of days caused by the shifting of the tectonic plates. Everything is out of alignment (except for the planets) and the world is literally falling apart; cities crumbling into the ocean. So it’s time to initiate departure sequences….but wait a second, where are we going? Whatever it is only has a conjectured capacity of 400,000. Pulses will pound and you will lean out of your seat so far that you will be completely engaged by this dramatic thriller. I am briefly skimming the surface of the relationships that fit into the perspective, but the big picture is that you really feel like the world is coming to an end.The question is, will you survive?
